Does the price I see mean that's the price I pay?
Yes, absolutely. All our prices include VAT and free delivery to mainland UK.

 

Are my credit card details encrypted?
Yes, using cutting edge data encryption. We take purchase security very seriously. That's why we've chosen to use Paypal as our payment processor. But don't worry, you don't need a Paypal account to purchase. You can simply enter your credit card details.

 

How will my door be delivered?

Once you place your order, we'll phone you to arrange a date. The day before delivery, our courier will phone you to confirm. The courier will phone again on the day of delivery to arrange a suitable time.

 

I live on the top floor of a flat. Is this a problem for delivery?

No, that's not a problem at all.

 

Does my door come with fixtures and fittings and can you fit it for me?

No, doors do not come with fixtures and fittings and we don't fit doors. You should contact a local joiner who will help you fit the door.
